Cardiocom works with all plan types including: HMO, Staff-model,
POS, PPO and Indemnity plans. Cardiocom's healthplan customers range
from large clients with 2.5 million members to smaller state healthplans
with less than 100,000 members. Our home health groups range from
large multi-site groups to small local agencies. Our hospital based
groups range from a 47-site national hospital chain with $4.1 billion
in revenues and 10,000 physicians to smaller single sites with less
